The prices shown include basic sandblasting, preparing and powder coating of your parts, using a single coat of any in-stock powder.  A two coat system or a clear topcoat can be added at an additional 50% charge.  Specialty powder coatings such as metallic, candies, clear, iridescent, fluorescent, wrinkle, hammertone, and glitter finishes are available at an additional cost. 

A zinc rich powder coat primer is also available to increase your weatherability and rust resistance up to 3,000 hours salt spray resistance.  Pricing on the primer is also an additional 50% charge as is other 2nd coat processes.

Pretreatments such as phosphate coating, chromate conversion coating, or degreasing are available through an outside vendor for an additional fee.  The price of pretreatment is determined by the vendor and added to your invoice at cost. 

All jobs are priced on an hourly rate.  Each and every job is timed and billed accordingly.  Due to the wide variety of size, style, and condition of parts the following prices are guidelines only.
